In the entire factory, processes that replace manual transportation can all utilize solutions combining automated equipment + AGV/AMR.
• The sintering arrangement machine uniformly spreads the products awaiting binder removal on the sintering carrier plates;
• The composite robot moves the arranged binder removal materials + sintering plates from the sintering arrangement machine onto the AMR vehicle;
• The AMR transports the products to the binder removal furnace;
• After binder removal, the AMR retrieves the debinded products and the underlying carrier plates from the binder removal furnace;
• The AMR transports the products and carrier plates to the sintering furnace area, and arranges the carrier plates and products in the sintering furnace loading area;
• The AMR transports the sintered products together with the carrier plates to the sintering receiving machine;
• The receiving machine recovers the products into material boxes, the AMR transports the empty carrier plates to the sintering arrangement machine,and also transports the material boxes to the next process. This cycle of operations repeats.
